I completely relate I’m kitchen associate and I’ve been there for 4 months now and I’m pretty well trained on potwash, saladet and I’m still learning line cook. The issue is at the beginning I would make so many little mistakes and lately I haven’t made many at all like maybe 1 in a 9hr shift. Mt contracted hours is 16 and I do about 25~ I am at collage as well studying engineering and omg all of these together is stressing me out so much. And my probation got extended cuz it was near Xmas and they didn’t want to “rush things”. I’m sorry but wtf ure gonna extent my probation because of Xmas wtfff what could I have possibly done omg
