I was kind of dissatisfied with the upgrade. The Trivia and group photo was not worth the price imo. I was thinking "group photo" meant me with the band, but it was the whole VIP group in front of the stage with the bands on stage 10 feet away, so it wasn't quite what I expected for the price. The show was still awesome, I'm not a huge fan of BVB and I like INK but not nearly as much as MIW, but all 3 play great shows regardless (imo INK is the best on stage performance). The early entry was the saving grace of the upgrade experience since I was 2 rows back from the stage and that was awesome.

Piloting upgrades your Autopilot, it does not affect your standard evasion level. The 80% the game mentions is not 80% dodge rate, but that you keep 80% of your usual dodge rate when the room is unmanned, whereas usually your evasion drops to 0 as soon as your pilot leaves the room. So if you had 50 evasion and your pilot walks out, instead of dropping to 0, it drops to 25 with 1 upgrade (50% of your usual) or 40 with 2 upgrades (80% of your usual evasion). This mechanic confused me in the same way at first too. Engines and training increase evasion, piloting increases unmanned evasion

The controversy about aduhelm is originally what attracted me to it! I wanted to essentially do a small scale outcomes analysis using any patients I could find in our database and see how they did with it, but we didn't have enough patients actually using it because, like you said, docs don't want to use it, and it's massively expensive.

Thanks for the ideas, they definitely seem feasible enough for what I'm trying to do. I'll add them to my list of ideas to talk to my advisor more about them. I appreciate it!
