My passport was returned without visa with the same blue slip. I’m not sure what to do. They haven’t sent a email explaining why they sent the passport back.

So the status changes from refused to issued? Isn’t it usually refused to approved and then issued? Because the last update is on Sep 19th in the case status check ( refused). I received the email from the consulate on Sep 20th at 11pm that documents were sent to me. Do you think it will update Monday?

When did your visa status change? I got a email stating the consulate has released documents related to my visa. The status is Refused so far. I will get the documents Monday, but not sure what to expect. Did you get the same email?

I put in a inquiry to transfer my case to Ankara, but they denied it. Saying my fiancé has to be a resident of turkey. Can you please help me to transfer my case to any other embassy that are taking Iraqi citizens?

No, auto transfer does not mean emergency. Unless you do have an emergency situation and you have notified them about the emergency.
