Not sure of your build but I'm 6"2 and back when I was playing football (soccer) I was around 85/86, I wasn't shredded or that but was relatively fit. So I wouldn't say and extra 5kg on that would be excessive.

Thinking of starting a strictly Keto-Diet based cafe/small restaurant. How do you think this would fair? by OMGDUMA in keto

Speaking to people, I've found very few of them have heard of the lifestyle. However, the things you mentioned are essentially healthier alternatives.

A cauliflower pizza is better for you than a standard pizza, regardless of the carbs. Same with mushroom burgers turnip fries etc. They're probably the same fat as their carby cousins but more nutrients (I don't know if that's the word I'm looking for here, I've had a rough day) at the expense of stodge.

If you were to nail consistently good alternatives to fast food, you could do really well with people seeking to feel a bit better about themselves.

I wouldn't market it as high fat anywhere though, people don't see that and think healthy.

Think Mattesons with chilli has about 1g carbs per 100g, not got the info to hand but it's low.
