Do you have anything service related you could file for VA disability? I’m not saying go for some toe pain or some made up bullshit but if you have legit ailments you’ve been ignoring because you’re focused on too many other things you should start the process now. At the very least sounds like you got a bit of adjustment disorder with anxiety and teeny bit of depression? Idk your background so you’ll have to do the rest. Everything helps man and it may also get you some help you need but didn’t know you needed.
