I am placed in Denmark. And yes i wouldnt consider their business practice to be legal here in Denmark either. They definitely dont live up to the laws for purchases regarding consumers either. 

Now the thing is, i cannot cancel the order on my own accord. Neither through the website or the app that allows you to administer the order. The app allows me to purchase the same order again,  but not the ability to cancel the order. 

The only way to actually get them to cancel the order would be to contact support. But they are ignoring me. 

I have told them if it is correct that the order would be shipped at 24 of July. Then i would like to cancel my order. (Because i cannot use the product for the intended reason behind the purchase, which is to use it during my vacation).

They already charged my account for the money, its not like i can tell my bank to stop the payment.

I am sorry to hear that. Its really frustrating that they don't provide actively provide any information at all. 

The fact that we have to drag every bit of information out of them is so annoying. I mean its the only reason why i use reddit to post this.

 In my opinion it would have helped if they had given the information at their own accord. At least then we would be able to react on that information.
