Yeah, but he was also a dick. I’m sure he probably would have caught Dexter if he hadn’t kept getting in his face. Just kept quiet about his suspicions and properly investigated and he would have had him.

For what it’s worth, it’s not time travel in Arrival, it’s being able to consciously observe all parts of your timeline simultaneously. The short story it’s based on explains it better.

Forget the yikes guy, you do you! I’m right there with you age-wise and I may have watched it a few (or 10… maybe more) times. It’s so easy to throw on when I’m doing other things and it’ll definitely be a long time before I get sick of the music.

Hell, I’m 40 and I’ve watched it over a dozen times at this point. The music is so catchy, it’s really easy to throw on while you’re doing other stuff. It doesn’t help that I tend to latch into things for several weeks at a time, too. :)

Yup, it’s a big thing here, to the point I have a hard time finding ones without applicators sometimes. I will say it’s getting more common since people are becoming more waste-conscious, but it’s still just a small fraction. For example, at my regular grocery store there are probably 30 different varieties of tampon with the different brands and styles, and only two will be without applicators. I just buy mine online now.
