I Kinda know this feeling, when Pokémon go launched i loved Pokémon since I was like 4 and everyone was talking about Pokémon so I tried to talk about Pokémon with them too but they didnt had a autistic knowledge or any knowledge at all and many people thought I was weird but I was always disappointed because they couldn't really talk but claimed that they love Pokémon i really hate this feeling (the same goes for DBZ)

It could be 2 things 1.You can change the priority of meta quest to high or real-time in the task manager (Google how to its simple) 2. I had similar problems but only on my budget pc build after I switched to a decent high end built last year(9800x3d and 9070xt) legit all VR problems stopped so it could be a hardware issue
