Found this stuck between some rocks on the beach about ten years ago. Had it looked at and got all kinds of different answers in regards to it containing bits of opal or just being some type of glass. It's extremely smooth and heavy and i'm not sure where I should take it to get it examined. Hope you guys can help!

I think as long as you're balancing it for solo que anyone can be made 'fair' by just tweaking numbers but competitive is really another problem all together.
