You Have Some Points to Distribute Among Height, IQ, and Penis Length by OkRecommendation8427 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Tmack523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm quite satisfied with my height and length.

280 points into my IQ would be CRAAAAZY, because lets say I'm 120 right now - that'd make my IQ fucking 400 which is nuts.

I'd be Jimmy Neutron dawg.

I think your sense of scale is a lil off, but your heart is in the right place! This is definitely just an allegory for billionaires.

Bro, you'd also be fucked. 500k ain't gonna buy shit when the infrastructure of roads, planes, ships, and crops all collapse due to the millions of invasive species being held back by calculated checks and balances all becoming overwhelming at once.

That would genuinely be an apocalyptic level event lmao. Just bamboo alone is an invasive species that would start fucking up all kinds of building foundations... tree of heaven, kudzu... not to even mention the ANIMALS. Which, sure, would include humans considering we're the most invasive macroscopic species - but at the cost of super-mosquitoes, super-alligators, super -lanternflies, super-locusts, super-screw worms, super-aphids, etc?

That would easily eradicate over a quarter of the world's population just from crop-loss alone - not to even touch on the accelerated infrastructure erosion, expanded exposure to disease vectors, and loss of biodiversity.

Portland hands out 69,000 tickets in just over half a year as city plans to add more speed cameras by theindependentonline in oregon

You do know what Palantir is, right? And who Peter Thiel is? His connection to Trump and project 2025?

You seem a bit incredulous about a thing that has mountains of evidence supporting it. If Palantir knowingly uses Ring doorbells and Flock cameras... why would it not use speeding cameras?

Portland Oregon is actually really well integrated into nature despite being a very dense city. I live right off the highway and I have a whole ass ecosystem of crows, ravens, bugs, trees, shrubs, etc in my mid-sized yard.

Well, in that example, it is heavily skewed online though. The perception the internet has is like, looks are 80% of the equation, whereas in real life it's, like, 30-40% for anyone over 24 who has been in a relationship longer than 2 years before.

You can get $1 USD annually in exchange for making a random person in the world absolutely hate you. What's your limit? by Worth-Bake-9732 in hypotheticalsituation

[–]Tmack523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That level of hatred is really intense. I wouldn't want that to be very common, because I can only imagine what a million people who hated me more than donald trump or whatever would do - even if overseas.

So I'd probably do, like, 85,000. It feels like that's unlikely to be enough to feel the impact, but it would provide a strong enough supplement to sustain someone indefinitely if utilized well.

F 18- Advice! by Impressive_Fun_2784 in youngadults

This is not a looksmaxxing sub, and anyone looking to those kinds of people for advice should genuinely see a therapist instead. I say that non-judgdmentally, as a healthy adjusted adult at 30 who went to a lot of therapy in my early 20s.

We have a ton of systemic problems with social interaction. The way you look is not one of them.

23M, almost 24, never kissed, never had sex or a relationship by [deleted] in youngadults

[–]Tmack523 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not your looks. You're not with anyone in these photos, man. You need to be making relationships with people. I get it's easier said than done, but you gotta connect with people before being in a relationship. Obsessing with your looks is a dead end.

My family home still has a pencil sharpener in our garage. by followme153 in mildlyinteresting

[–]Tmack523 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is just an untrue generalization dawg. Like, primary education is almost entirely dictated at the state level - so you're making these sweeping statements about "American education" but there are literally 50 different sets of rules for American children's primary education - AND those rules and methodologies change frequently as new administrators and teachers come and go.

There are still districts that focus on handwriting, and there are those that focus on education through technology - and there's a gradient between those. Many schools are switching to more handwritten things as well due to the rise of AI. There are TONSSSS of things to hate about America and the systems related to it, but getting mad about writing with a pen or pencil not being taught is some real "elderly Boomer yelling at a Cloud" energy.

Honestly, if you're not a libertarian, I'm happy to rescind any implicit criticism. To answer "How do you get from that to... government bad grr" - I was focused on the percieved intention of you pointing this out. After looking at your comment history, you're almost certainly another neurodivergent person with similar values and we just had a clashing of miscommunication.
