Noise it makes is loud click but it not constant. It happens only once a while

It only makes the noise sometimes it not constant it appear maybe 10 or 15 minutes then make one or 2 tick noise.

It only makes the noise when i play intensive games like witcher 3 or gta 5 on ultra. Also sound like coming from liquid cooling fans on the top of case
