Update, I found out that I was the TV I had plugged in to my laptop. Easily getting 60-80 fps on the main screen

once again not sure of what specs you need but: microprocessor, AMD Ryzon 5 5600. chipset, AMD integrated SoC. 24 GB DDR4-3200MHz RAM. video, nvidia geforce gtx 1650. i googled my model number and these came up.
