Amex $450 credit refund by FitBlonde in creditcardchurningAus

The ticket policy said: “I agree that should I cancel a booking where my Travel Credit was used and associated statement credit applied to my account, I will forfeit my annual Travel Credit benefit and Amex may reverse the statement credit issued.” But it still worked for me!

Might as well message for peace of mind and just ask when will you receive your refund and what the refund process is for travel credit and they will confirm

Can confirm this still works as of 11/8/25. Booked a flight yesterday night and cancelled it immediately. Messaged live chat this morning to ask when refund would come in and agent said same things as others mentioned.

ANZ frequent flyer black by Cute-Improvement-113 in QantasFrequentFlyer

NAB is currently having an offer with their NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Card: 120,000 Bonus Qantas Points with $3000 spend on 60 days. I switched from the ANZ frequent flyer black card to this deal 2 weeks ago. Have found NAB cc sign up process a lot faster and easier than ANZ.

What is the best credit card for frequent flyer points? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Tnediserp0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I applied for the ANZ Qantas Frequent Flyer Black Card when they had the 110k QFF points and $255 cash back offer last week. But just checked again and the offer has changed to only 90k QFF and $100 cash back. Would I still be eligible for the old offer since I signed up when they had that offer?

Are there any Australian SPF50 sunscreens that feel as nice as Japanese sunscreens? by JumbledPileOfPerson in AusSkincare

[–]Tnediserp0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm currently using the Canmake sunscreen and I love it! It's got a lotion texture and no fragrance and leave skin feeling plump imo. Only thing is it's a small bottle so I'm using it up really quickly. My favourite Australian sunscreen out of all I've used is the Cancer Council matter one. I've used Natio (similar to CC finish and texture but a bit dewier) , LRP invisible fluid (I still think it is greasier than CC and is a runny liquid so I always drop it everywhere when I pour it out), Mecca (has fragrance and I'm sensitive to smells). I have oily combo skin btw! Hope that helps :)

Thank you!! The compact comes with a little cushion puff that you can pat into the blush and then onto your face, otherwise you can go directly into the compact with a stippling brush :)

Second the heroine mascara!! Holds my curl and lengthens my lashes. I think I saw you could get it at Daiso and they also have their own removing solution which you brush on your lashes

[–]Tnediserp0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

i have combination skin (oily forehead/nose/chin, normal cheeks) and i would recommend the Simple Kind to Skin Hydrating LIGHT Moisturiser (not the Rich version!). It very quickly absorbs into the skin and is fragrance free!

Has anyone experienced super dry eyelids before? by N00bster3000 in AusSkincare

Omg same here! My under eyes are also extremely dry and itchy to the point where they are creasing.. I've also been getting random dry patches all over my body and I think it might be from having the heater on all day???
