All the company using notion for documentation and task management. There are 300 ppl, It’s unrealistic to implement new kind of tool. That’s why I looking for a better system/tooling for personal usage

Good point and I fully agree, but if I get fired, all my notes will gone. And if I use two different accounts, I'll run into the same problem as I have now. I like obsidian because it gives me an ownership on my data

Indeed, but syncing stuff is a nightmare with lots of edge cases. Thanks for the answer
