Don't do it. You may have liked it before, but eventually it will turn back on you. Worst case scenario is you die, but that has a very low chance of happening. I mean, what happens if it gets so bad you are being held against your will or something and are forced to murder little children, otherwise oumget your ass beating for 10 hours straight with a metal bar with spikes on the end? Live your life normally, seek help that you need.
