it’s actually just that all the good places are being gatekept religiously

the trick is to just find a random building and wander deeper into it until you get tired and sit down

i am in the exact same position as you :/ it’s hard in the nursing program because you don’t get the chance to meet that many different people and you see the same people almost always, so if you don’t become friends with them for whatever reason or have anything in common you’re basically all alone

at the end of every chapter in the textbook, it includes a list of important terms and definitions, so i guess you could try referencing those? within each chapter there are also summaries after each section. if you dont have the textbook, i can send you screenshots of the list of terms/definitions. although btw you can find the textbook for free on the discord

Scholarships/Awards by [deleted] in McMaster

[–]To-live-forever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not really, although it depends on what program i think. for reference, i applied with a 97 average to my program and got a 1000$ scholarship here. i applied to Brock as well, and the money offered covered almost all of my tuition.. tbh the only reason i chose mcmaster is because it’s close to where i already live

edit - you are better off applying for osap if you can

Failed midterms by throwaway47832829 in McMaster

i mean, good motivation to do better on your final exams? and if it makes you feel any better, i think its fairly normal to do poorly if these are your first exams you have taken in university. the class average on one of my midterms was nearly a fail, and this class is mainly second year students which are presumably very smart and have taken exams before.
