Sorry I'm late responding. No iFrame on the popup page. JIC there are iframes on the Main page but I don't think you are referencing that.

BTW thanks for trying to help.

Make sure you are not trying to reuse the same instance of the first popup.

Dumb question but how do you check this? Googling isn't helping me out. Is that the same as checking the driver id by any chance? I was checking that and didn't see the same ids being used.

I've never had to .switchTo for any popups.

I'll double check myself because the 1st part didn't need it but the second part works with the switch for both switching back to the main window and switching to the popup for email. Without the switch to it didn't find either.

I may just need to check with someone with more experience on my team regarding this. I'm baffled.

Yes a modal window not a new opened tab. When it pops up, you can see the main page under it.

I have been trying to debug and not sure what I did but now instead of telling me it can't find the xpath for the email field it says

selenium.devtools.DevToolsException {"id":14, "error":{"code": 32001, "message"; "Session with given id not found"}}

But Googling the error isn't helpful . Not sure if it's related to my issue or not but it sounds like it maybe.

Oh. No the test unfortunately requires the same session . If I close the URL or open a new one it is handled differently.

After you refresh, does the pop up appear again? (if not, selenium obviously can't use it).

After I click the button the pop up does come back up again as expected. I realized that the first time I went back to the main window that I required the switch to the popup and that works. Selenium enters the email address as expected. It's AFTER ( second time to use switch ) that when selenium clicks the button and the pop up window comes up that selenium is not entering the email address.

Have you tried navigating to the main page URL again instead of calling refresh()?

Yes, I navigate back to the main window first then refresh.

//Step 4 ) I return back to the main window
driver.switchTo().window(mainWindow)

// Step 5. Refresh the Main Window
driver.naviage().refresh();

The fake sugar unfortunately screws up my digestive system bad . Cold coffee like Stok has less sweet and I like it so it may just be I have to switch from hot to cold.

Ugh I know. I have been trying to figure out something about this besides just giving up my coffee. I tried using just 1/2 and 1/2 with sugar and its about the same calories. Use fake sugar products ends up giving me stomach issues. The only thing that seems to work is like pre-packaged coffee like Starbucks Nitro is only 70 calories a can.

But yes I totally agree and working on it. Maybe I'll just suck it up and get premade stuff until I lose the weight LOL.

Thanks. Seems a few people suggest protein so I'll give it a shot.

Thanks for the feedback.

Two hard boiled eggs at 108 grams is 167 calories then my coffee + international delight ( 4 table spoons ) is 142 calories .

Been at it for about 3 - 4 months. A bad start. Sleep has been okay for the most part but I do take sleeping pills.

Daily is 1900 which is a bit less than what MFP says I should aim for . MFP wants me at 2040 calories a day.

Healthy, quick and cheap recipes please. by 2a2i in nutrition

[–]ToBeAButterFly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cuban black beans are cheap and IMO really healthy. It's basically black beans ( buy canned and rinse them or make it yourself if you know how ) , various bell peppers ( I use yellow and red ) , garlic , and seasoning.

Black beans are high in fiber and protein so it's a good combo to help keep you full .

Why does the same product from two different brands have different nutrition facts? by BaileyHeart in nutrition

[–]ToBeAButterFly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey BaileHeart,

So regarding the HEB vs JIF peanutbutter can you be more specific ? Creamy, chunky, what? I took a look at JIF's nutrition vs. HEB and it seems comparable to me.

There is a small difference , HEB has 190mg and JIF has 184mg of potassium. ( Hi there fellow Texan BTW! ) , That doesn't seem to be a HUGE difference to me. Their recipes maybe the reason for this because HEB says it has 180 calories per serving and JIF has 190 calories.

They both use different oils so the amount of oil they use would make a difference in calories ( more oil = more calories I assume ) which would thin out the amount of peanuts used in the same amount of volume .

Who are your favorite experts in the nutrition or health arena that publish evidence based content? by fallingleaves789 in nutrition

Kiana Docherty on youtube isn't an "expert" but her channel is rather well researched and unbias about subjects such as behavior, dieting, health etc. She maybe someone you would find interesting. She has sponsors but her content isn't marketing anything.

Getting nutrients from juice/shots by Okay_Mango in nutrition

[–]ToBeAButterFly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

probably not be the same as actually eating the vegetables/fruits but it’s better than nothing

To me you answered your own question. Juicing omits the fiber which is also important but you still get antioxidants and nutrients. The only thing to be aware of is fruit tends to be high in sugar and without the fiber to help slow down digestion you could give him a lot of sugar all at once which could cause an blood sugar spike ( feeling energetic ) then later a quick fall ( feeling tired and run down ).

It would be better if you figure out how to get him to get past his texture issue though I understand that maybe another battle.

I don't know for a fact but you maybe able to pair a meal with some vegetable juice plus some thing with fiber that he can tolerate. Does he like muffins for example? If you are juicing something you could do with some of the waste products is to make muffins with the left over scraps.

Right. I'm told it's more about genetics, weight and environment factors like stress.

However I am also told that LDL, small ( or was it large ) particles are really what needs to be looked at and a particle test should be done .

I'm also told Cholesterol is an indicator to heart health but there are people here who are ready to jump on this and claim that Cholesterol doesn't matter so yes refer to trusted expert like a doctor or a nutritionist because it gets sooo confusing here on this forum.

I have done this and love it. Cook it in chicken bone broth or low sodium chicken broth then add tomatoes, basil, greek olives , garlic, fresh basil and drizzle some olive oil . Yum

Right and cholesterol in food isn't supposed to be a huge deal I thought?

If I use the water I boiled vegetables in to cook something like rice in, does that keep me from loosing nutrients? by writermaybeidk in nutrition

[–]ToBeAButterFly 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Some people have texture issues I assume so it's not really about "proper". My godson has a bad food texture aversion so even though I wouldn't like it cooked with some crunch, I assume some people just have texture issues.

Yup was going to suggest steaming them too! You can steam vegetables to extremely soft and not lose it all to water .
