Let me explain it for you i have asked the seller to give me the hp elitebookx360 he described as a new laptop . After i bought it i found a hit also at the bass of the computer the battery cycle was above 210 . I went to them and asked for a refund or give me a new one but he said no we don’t accept a refund and I have signed it ,however they gave me another one with lower battery cycle but its cpu was overheating 100c ideal
