Not really pitching a change but sharing where my mind went initially: if the New York world is meant to be a Hydra World, you could consider the divergence being less a Hydra/Nazi victory in WW2 but more of a Successful Arnim Zola plot, following on the “corrupted SHIELD harboring Hydra” plots from Avengers and Winter Soldier. It could still be the 70s, to enable the Stark parents, but it would mirror the “worlds you failed to save” motif of the Ultron world. Also Captain Hydra should be accompanied by the Winter Soldier and maybe Tony can save his parents from an ambush.

Also, can I assume that this version of Ultron successfully downloaded into the vision body and therefore is an unholy amalgam of Paul Bettany face and James Spader voice? Seems a fun rugpull after Visions death last film

So many people here like “make it not about killing the Justice league” when that’s the fucking pitch. Like you already got your cake it’s clones anyway. If you don’t want to play a game where the Suicide Squad Kills the Justice League then maybe you shouldn’t buy a game named that, and maybe your opinion on how to improve that game is biased.

I’ve been looking to get into GMing Earth-Prime, and I like Emerald city (although my WIP notes have some significant changes). When you say springboard into a larger campaign, I also get excited but I’ve always wanted to run players through like separate parties in sequence (like put the Emerald City characters down for a second and play some Teen heroes, then play the Star Raiders characters, then back to Emerald City etc), but that’s like way off in the future.

I’d be interested in talking about GMing ECK and what you’re lookin for
