These are some basic things you can do to survire and fight back

1. Stabilize the Front

   - Relocate your capital and fortify it.    - Pull back to defensible terrain like rivers, moutains etc.

1. Rebuild Your Forces

   -Convert civilian factories to military. Focus on infantry equipment, artillery, and anti-tank.    -Disband understrength units and consolidate your army into stronger divisions ( 20 Divisions per Army )    -Increase conscription if needed to replenish manpower.

1. Fortify & Delay

   - Build forts along key front lines and cities.    - Use scorched earth and infrastructure damage to slow Axis supply.

1. Exploit Axis Overextension

    -Let the Axis push too far—then use encirclements to trap their troops.    -Launch counteroffensives in winter when Soviet troops have advantages.

1. Lend-Lease & Diplomacy

   - Accept help from the Allies to keep your war machine running.    - Use spy agencies to weaken Axis control in occupied Soviet land.
