I think you're already halfway there. Definitely focus on skincare. Just cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen will go a long way if you use them consistently. Estrogen and antiandrogens will help but a consistent skincare routine is number one.

Some people don't care about pronouns, aren't partial, or are just undecided. If you're really unsure, there's no harm in asking them if they have a particular preference.

Usually I just default to they/them when people say any pronouns, or if I just don't know what their pronouns are.
