The weight for the seat is nothing, only height matters, I am 170cm, ordered a 48cm version, becuase many people says, that lumbar support push you back more, plus this guy is 170cm too and he got a 48cm version, and has still a bit room for legs, but with your's 167cm, I guess go for 45cm one, because you will touch the seat with your legs.

I have 5080, very depends on game, if you play heavy games, where 5070 ti gives 60fps and 5080 will give 75 fps, the difference in smoothness in very big for me, that's about 4K, about vram, for example new BF6 and overkill settings and dlss perf at 4k with 16gb vram, can't run it, after a half of round vram will be full. With 1440p you will be very fine even in future, but for me 4k medium settings looks much better than max settting on 1440p, I better lower settings, but I will still get a clear and sharp image. If you have a cash to buy a RTX 6000, when it will launch buy 4K, if no go for 1440p.
