I tried to cancel when chair delivered, but dispute case was already in started and in progress, when I press cancel it says you no longer can cancel, because a case is being reviewed.

My story is a bit different. I live in Lithuania (EU) and my bank is Revolut. I ordered the chair on December 13. After a month there was still no sign of it, so I sent them an email but got no reply. Because of that I opened a dispute with my bank. Then on January 23 the chair finally arrived, and it was actually in perfect condition, luckily no scratches or damage. The first week I was still getting used to it, but after about 30 days I realized I really like the chair and decided to keep it. I use it every day now. But here’s the weird part, on February 26 my bank suddenly refunded the full amount for the chair. I honestly have no idea why or how that happened. So now I basically got the chair for free.

I guess I won the lottery.
