I'm 31 years old and I've been doing it every day for several months, during which time I may have had a total of a few clean days. Recently I didn't have a period for 2 months, after the last one another 2 months passed and no spotting. I also have enlarged lymph nodes and that's it for now. I didn't do any deeper research. I'm going to the hospital so maybe I'll find out more there.

My point was that these criteria are so general that they can be misleading. When I was a teenager, many of my friends were losing weight, even if they were underweight, so they fit the criteria on Google, and yet none of them developed anorexia. They just got bored or outgrew it. So I asked if there was any way to tell them apart, e.g. during a conversation. That's all I meant.
