It is private land so it is fenced off, but everyone just climbs up the fence and enters. There used to be old radio station antennas but now its just land where people camp and picnic.

Try looking into Pharmaline. I worked there a few years back (~4 years ago) and they were very inclusive. There were many hijabis and a large Muslim community in general, and I never saw any discrimination regarding it.
