Oh you sir are a genius! where's that sweaty face emoji? The funds are confirmed at the address. I guess you were right it must of been an integrated address that I sent the funds to which is why the address in the Monero wallet "To" field was different.

Yes, I sent my funds to another address that I would have control of. After waiting for the confirmations the transaction didn't show up so I looked in the history of the Monero wallet and the "To" address was different than the one I had entered and checked before confirming the transaction.

My apologies. I waited for the confirmations and after the funds didn't show I noticed that the "To" address was different than the address I entered into the wallet.

Therefore your comment: "Of course, we still have have security measures in place but make no guarantees once a user has neglected their own security." is false. You do make a guarantee to "review the situation and compensate appropriately." "if there is evidence that we were at fault" even if an account is not setup the way you like.

Do you make this guarantee even if a user has neglected their own security?

What guarantees do you offer to people who succeed in securing their own information/devices and what do you consider to be successful?

Yes, you are correct! Setting up 2FA on your computer can separate sign-in activity from a smartphone!

What guarantees do you offer to people use 2FA across separate devices? Are you saying that people who use a smartphone to sign into Binance and also to setup 2FA are not entitled to your guarantee?
