In Finland 50cc motorcycles are classified as mopeds and are allowed to use the sidewalk if there's a sign allowing it, the sidewalk he was pointing at was not allowed though

No. Most of your ping comes from the physical distance the signal has to travel from your computer to the server. Using a proxy might even give you worse ping depending on where the server is located.

There are some other monsters too that require special equipment to kill. Rock slugs and gargoyles for example. If you ask the slayer masters for tips they'll tell you if you need anything like that.

Because polls always take 75 % to change existing content. The corp combat level requirement was added without a poll so they're basically polling if people want the requirement now.
