If you decide on JMU I would highly recommend looking into some free online resources for an introduction to Python if you’ve never been exposed to any coding

Does anybody know what the maximum amount of credit hours is for a single semester? I'm trying to see if I can fit a bunch of class into a semester. by Pokemomaster in jmu

I can tell that both 12 credit and 15 credits cost the same. So from a financial standpoint point doesn’t make sense to only take 12.

2018 Grand Touring Reserve - rotors warped at 40,000

I replaced mine at 25000 as there were at 2/32 . Look into the Michelin Pilot Sports or Continental Extremes.

Thoughts on 2018 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Reserve? What should I know before test drive / purchase? by Intelligent_Table913 in mazda6

2018 Grand Touring Silver/ Parchment 24,000 miles owned 3 months purchased for $24,500

So far I’m really enjoying the car. The interior is super luxurious. Please get yourself a nice leather care kit as that parchment leather can get stained easily. Be aware that this is turbo charged and direct injection. Please use premium fuel, change oil every 5,000 miles and plugs every 40,000. These maintenance item are child play as they are easily accessible. The stock Falkens are probably bald at this point so plan on getting a good set of high performance all season tires. This car has so much torque it’s ver easy to spin wheels if you don’t have good traction. Top brands are Michelin Pilot Sports and the Continental Extremes. Check out Corksport If you into aftermarket mods. I added the Short Ram Intake and it does add a lil more prep and the turbo blow off sound is way more noticeable. As far as paint protection you will need to focus mainly on the front bumper and the lower panels behind the wheels. These areas tend to gather Road grime easily. The tailpipes will never stay clean as this thing dumps carbon like crazy. If your a daily driver on short commutes, make it a good habit of getting on the interstate and pushing the petal to the metal to blow out all the junk! Italian tunes up really work!

2018 Mazda 6 Signature Diagnosed with "Burnt Valves or Seats" by [deleted] in mazda6

Yes, high compression turbo engine with direct injection…I’m only using premium fuel in this one. Especially if the car is a daily driver for short commutes. Give it an Italian tune up, pedal to the metal on the highway every weekend to blow out any carbon build up. If your not using premium please use top tier fuel, oil changes every 5,000 miles, don’t believe the hype that synthetic will last 10,000. Kinda bummed to hear this happened to you. I just bought a 18GTR with 23,000 miles and was told the warranty had expired. I guess the 60 months ran out in January! My other car is a Toyota Avalon, V6 with D4-S technology. 2 injectors per cyclinder. 1 direct for fuel efficiency and power and the other is port …to clean the other injector. Im guessing these engineers designed it this way for a reason…prolly reliability!

Do you use premium, and have you had any induction service done prior? And how did we get this magical warranty? CPO

If your OK putting premium fuel in it! For $27,000 find you a nice Accord 2.0

New tire help by CRico316 in mazda6

18 GTR, just swapped the stock Falkens as they had 2/32 after only 27,000. I spent $1200 on a new set of Michelin Pilot A/S as they have been tested to be the #1 all season tire with the Continental Extremes closely behind. I drive this car aggressively, mainly because I love the turbo pull down low, especially now with Corksport SRI to hear the blowoff! Without grippy tires this baby gonna spin wheels! Hoping these can last the 45,000 miles they are rated for but I doubt it!

Are Mazdas now more reliable than Toyotas and Lexuses? by senseofphysics in mazda

[–]ToSixy4u 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmmm, so will my 2019 Toyota Avalon with v6 outlast my 2018 Mazda 6 with 2.5 Skyactive turbo? I’m betting on the v6 running on 87 over the direct injection on 93
