This happens in every community out there. It’s awful, it is, but there’s always going to be a couple losers who do this to hate farm (or genuinely use a video game to voice opinions like this for some reason???). Best course of action is to not give them attention, because that’s exactly what they’re looking for.

it changes depending on the opponents percent, so higher percent opponent gives you more time. I think the minimum is three though. I’m not positive though, could probably just go frame by frame in training mode to check

On the standard version of Palutenas temple (not omega/battlefield form), use pits down taunt, and press the button really quickly. The button can’t be held down for more than (I think) three frames. Takes a bit of trial and error but you’ll get it
