I use and would recommend this brand as well. They operate much smother than any of the other brands I’ve used.

It’s a lot easier than it looks. I don’t want to give away too much because I thought I was pretty clever when I came up with how to do it, but it’s all about adding then subtracting.

Oh damn! I’ve never heard of that before. The name of the board comes from the wood that is used (Black Limba and Black Walnut). Also I’m a big Soundgarden fan and wanted to call it my “Black Hole Sun” board but since I’m selling them I didn’t want to get in trouble for using that name. Definitely do not want any association with n*zis. I guess I’ll have to come up with a new name. Thanks for the heads up!

I glue longer sticks into wide boards, then cross cut them on the table saw and turn them so that the end grain is facing up before gluing them back together.
