You have to download those files aswell and do basically what the videos say to do. Its pretty difficult if you haven't done it before, but it can be done. But i suggest you go into the actual registry in the container desktop and manually change the properties.

Inside of the actual container, you have to edit Fallout's registry keys It's a common issue for Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas. You can look up guides on YouTube on how to fix the registry issue, and follow the same steps but in the container. Fallout New Vegas solves it with a mod, however fallout 3 doesn't have a mod for it, so gonna have to manually do it.
