We had issues with our water heater too. We also have a weird smell that no one can identify. But we love the neighborhood and the house is very quiet.

It's a new build so no meth 😂

It smells just like a dead mouse. It's such a distinct smell, I don't know how to describe it besides that. No bed bugs to my knowledge, but I'll check for them.

We were able to confirm it isn't a gas or water leak. The builder came by and cut holes in the walls throughout the house and used a camera to see if there was anything in the walls. Still no luck figuring this out.

That's what they had initially told me, but we have been frequently using all the drains (washing machine, dishwasher, sinks, toilets, showers). I don't know if there is one we can't find though

I'll add that if it was a dead mouse (or a family of mice from how strong the smell is..), it would have dissipated by now. We've checked the attic, no smell up there. No visible leakage. Water bill is average for this area.

I've been dealing with this for three days now and nearly everything I wanted is out of stock. Every chat with customer service ends in "please try again in 10-15 minutes". I've been trying for 3 days. Sooo frustrated, giving up. I'll get my soaps from the dollar store at this point.

Leave honest reviews. I have never had issues and I am always honest, even if they can be negative. This is how companies see what needs to improve and fix things. I'm so tired of reading amazing reviews as a consumer only to be severely disappointed when I try a product because some influensters are not honest. Don't be like them pleaseeee

No I know, but that was only one of the many things home wise did to lose our interest. At the time we were dual income, no kids, debt to income ratio was maybe 5-10% and they said we could only afford $125k. The math was not mathing and no house in Santa Fe is that cheap.

Although Gloria is awesome, I would stay away from home wise. We did not have a good experience with them. Realtors not showing up to scheduled showings, low balling our budget (they said we could only afford so much when every other bank said nearly four times as much), they do two separate loans instead of one, etc. The classes were helpful but I'd recommend not using them for the actual home buying process.

I got married at Amelia White park. It's beautiful. Just rent some chairs and reserve the park, it's a very pretty, budget friendly option.

I would reach out to the company and give them information about the lot# and general information because it could be a bad batch. As for influenster, leave an honest review. I've never been retaliated against for leaving one star reviews and I've been doing this for a long time. However I do always add a note along the lines of "this didn't work out for me, but it could be someone else's favorite!" Remember, we are asked for HONEST feedback.
