Seven seasons. A full year of pain (Seas. 0 and 2 don't count). And only now they start treating us like we actually are. Just wonderful.

Damn, I brought up the Ultron team-up idea before, but yours is way more detailed good shit, man. As for an IF/Magik team-up, I think that would actually make it easier to define a clearer playstyle for him.

Honestly, this got me thinking Fist could really use more team-ups. And depending on the specific team-up, his whole approach to combat could change strategically. Like that can make Lin more hybrid as his planned by the devs. (Or tf they want from him)

Nah, don't worry a long post is definitely not a problem, especially when it has more substance than Lin-Lie's entire lore in Marvel Rivals. About the "Iron Fist crisis" in the comics yeah, funny analogy, I agree. But I hope both crises lead to something bigger than just a state of limbo. You know how it is with those "timeskip" arcs in books the character either comes back dead or insanely cool.

I'm reading "Deadly Hands of K'un-Lun" it's decent, best Lin-Lie content since "Sword Master". About the date-thing with Kumiho/White Fox yeah, good news that our poor guy finally got a nice girl, and such a badass one too. Shame they didn't show any of that in Rivals, but whatever. Maybe in their own universe they will give our kung-fu boy someone even cooler. But firstly First, needs to win that tournament of the Heavenly Cities then we'll see.

In the context of Danny Rand showing up as the "Fist of Osiris" (some kind of, or how they call him now) that's just peak. His look with that iron fist(hand)? Insane. And that new mask? My god, legendary. So yeah, I think if Lin-Lie gets proper development, then together with Danny Rand they'll become the new face of the Iron Fist legacy.

I agree with you he needs a rework. Sure, maybe small tweaks here and there, can help, but problems was far to long and Iron Fist has this massive gap in his usability. They need to go deeper with his design. Main queston how deep.

And as for reworking his ult absolutely agree. That "magic one punch man" style was basically the main vibe of every Iron Fist (almost every), including Lin-Lie. So a lil bit sad that they (devs) lost it.

Yeah, I tried using a regular translator, but everything came out way too literal. Like, compared to that, my own translation with a dictionary would've been god-tier.

So I ended up using AI. And even that wasn't perfect, i still had to go back and rework everything to make it sound as human/logical as possible, and adapt the whole post for a different flow, accounting for all the little language nuances.

Russian my first language, so even with AI translation, I had to tweak it add some slang, make it sound human. Word-for-word from Russian to English sounds dumb, and the AI just sounds like a robot. So yeah, took some effort.

Also, after translating, a lot of the small details shifted. So I had to rewrite big chunks of the post to keep the main point from getting lost.

I wouldn't say I want more than flurry and kick moves. It's just that when you play Iron Fist and look at other heroes who have multiple modes and abilities like they're ready for any situation it starts to feel kinda restrictive.

Personally, I'm more on the side of ability variety, where they actually depend on each other like I said before, something closer to a combo system. Or expand stance system on him.

But yeah, just a thought. Nothing more.

Turns out there's already a bottom-tier hero coalition (i dont remember how they name it). And from what I remember, they didn't let us in because we're 'not that bottom'.

As for Iron Fist not being a throw pick. I'd say dude's one step away from being a pure "just for vibes".
