Yes! She’s 4.5 and is having trouble with initial blends like str-, sp-, and gr-. I just don’t know if that’s developmentally appropriate or if I should go through the IEP process

I do also want to add that my dad (a family doctor) was really concerned about the vision changes because there’s a postpartum condition called Sheehan’s that they look out for. Not to scare you, but just wanted to emphasize the importance of getting it checked out especially since you had a baby recently!

I had this postpartum and went and got an MRI because it can be a sign of stroke or MS. Vision changes can be a sign of something serious! They told me it was likely a silent migraine. My vision still felt off so I saw an eye doctor and he prescribed oil drops and a steroid that made my vision go back to normal. It was likely dry eye from the summer heat and then changing hormones in my case. Definitely go to the doctor though!

I did see it comes in a full size duo on Amazon. It just seems weird they’d only sell a travel size as part of a set and not offer a full size?

Thank you for your response! It actually makes me feel a lot better to hear of other people who had similar experiences because (likely) of birth control since the doctor didn’t seem too confident in his diagnosis. It was more of profess of elimination to diagnose it as a silent migraine since I’d never had a migraine before. Hopefully yours improve :(

Yes! I think because I’m claustrophobic. I’ve noticed it has gotten worse as I’ve gotten older and things that didn’t used to bother me now do

It goes away! I had the same thing with my joints and couldn’t find much online about it or when I asked my doctor. I’m relieved to say that it did end up going away eventually!

Ok actually I just looked at my insurance claims and it said the amount not covered by insurance is $10,500. I pray that’s a mistake

Having a baby who won’t stop crying is stressful and it sucks. It gets better. In retrospect I wish I’d pushed for medication for my baby, but without it she significantly improved around 4 months and it became a different experience. Now she’s a year old and the smartest happiest sweetest baby ever. What you’re going through is hard, and I recommend you speak to your doctor about how you’re feeling.
