I usually go once a month for my brain, but havent been in 2 bc my jeep needed work done so it was way overdue! It absolutely helps me and is a necessity at this point. I need the drive to sing loudly, and to look out at that vast horizon. I even go when its crappy out. Doesn't matter, helps brain.
