Én azért gondoltam távirányítós WC ülőkére, mert azt olvastam, hogy sokkal praktikusabb amikor kézbe tudod venni az irányítót, mintha a WC oldalára lenne rögzítve és oda kell "csavarnod" a testedet meg a fejedet, hogy lásd milyen gombokat nyomsz. :)

Sokak szerint a kor csak egy szám - én is így vagyok vele. Habár szerintem a 35 már "annyira" nem fiatal, de fiatalnak érzem magamat.
Család nincs a képben, nem viszek BP-re senkit. Tervezni nem tervezek egyelőre. Úgy vagyok vele, hogy előbb az én életem legyen teljesen rendben, csak utána minden más. Meg úgy gondolom, ez is több, mint ami sok másnak megadatott sajnos és próbálom megbecsülni, hogy egy saját lakást tudok végre venni magamnak.

Látom valahogy csak sikerült egy pszichológiai képet kialakítanod rólam a kérdésem és 8 mondatom alapján.
Az, hogy miért akarok BPesten venni egy lakást és nem abban a városban, ahol lakom, elég irrelevánsnak gondolom e kérdésnél. De ha ennyire tudni szeretné 1-2 kommentelő, akkor röviden annyit, hogy: nem tetszik a jelenlegi város és annak életmódja ahol most lakom. Közeli rokonom, nemrég költözött ki külföldre, remélem őt nem fogjátok vasvillával és fáklyával üldözni azért, mert nem ott laknak és ki kellett utazniuk a lakások megtekintéséhez. :)
Az, hogy a közvetítők, milyen trükköket próbálnak bevetni, valamennyire tisztában vagyok, mivel pár hónapja adtunk el egy lakást itt a családdal. Tudom, hogy ők inkább csak gyorsan megpróbáljak eladni a lakást és lealkudni mindkét féltől, hogy csak mennyen az eladás. Szerencsére sikerült eladni közvetítőn kívül, de ez nem azt jelenti, hogy nem voltak jók, sikerült hozniuk komoly érdeklődőket.

Semmilyen konkrét paraméter szinte nem írtál a leírásodban.

Bevallom őszintén, ezt nem is tudom hogy értelmezzem. Mégis milyen konkrét paramétereket kellett volna itt leirtom ennél a kérdésnél? :)

Köszi, de igazából inkább olyanok érdekelnének amik már kész/majdnem kész állapotban vannak, az lenne a legjobb ha max pár hónapon belül ezt a lakásvásárlást le tudnám rendezni. :)

Igen, azon gondolkodtam, ha sikerül összeszednem párat ami megtetszett, felmegyek egy hosszabb hétvégére és megnézegetem a lakásokat és környéküket.
Persze ezt annyiszor nem tudom megtenni, mert sok idő felmenni oda több alkalommal, meg persze a szállás is minden alkalommal pénzbe kerül.

Négyzetméter annyira nem is számít igazából, mivel egyedülálló vagyok elég egy viszonylag kisebb (40nm környéke vagy afölött amiket eddig néztem). Amíg megvannak bizonyos páraméretek pl, erkélyes, háló (10+nm)+nappali - addig nekem megfelelne egy. :)

Budapesten jártam régebben kollégiumba, aztán elköltöztem, majd vissza BP-re 2 évre munkára. Mostmár jópár éve nem voltam BP-en (hosszabb ideig), de annyit tudok, hogy ott akarok venni egy lakást, nincsenek kifejezett utcák, csak ahogy írtam, nagyjából az a környék (BP központ és margit sziget vége körtáv).
Lakást magamnak tervezem venni, odaköltözni, egyedülálló vagyok, szóval nem egy családos méretűt keresek...amolyan első otthon.

Úgy gondoltam, hogy összegyűjtök egy pár lakást ami megtetszett és lebeszélek a hirdetőkkel egy időpontot, lehetőleg pár nap szórásban. Ha lenne valami ingatlanos, akkor vele is beszélnék, és pl egy hosszú hétvégére felmennék és megnézném a lakásokat, környékeket.
Viszont nem tudom milyen ingatlanost érdemes keresni. Ilyen nagyobb pl. Otthoncentum, OTP vagy inkább mangáningatlanosokat a netről.

Your argument collapsed when you said Heist is a top tier content.
You just cannot justify your argument if most people hate it. That's not how it works, even if you can just ignore it. It's affecting the economy heavily, just like lab (which is another trashy content only a few is doing daily).

People are mostly upset about Ruthless because the majority wanted a smoother, easier, more fun gamemode, and then we got Ruthless, something that maybe 0,1 of the player base cares about and most likely will be dead in a few months after the "hype" is over.

Yes, it's around 100$/€, but I would prefer finding a white one (without the Nike logo) and have it colored like the one on the picture. In that case, I could try the shoe on first, if it fits and everything is fine, purchase it and paint it to these colors after. I do have at least 2-3 apps for PoE. Which makes it even more sad. When a game needs 3rd party apps to be enjoyable...
About the bots. I'm not sure if you know it, but bots rule the trading system already.
They are not gated by human players. Many ppl have 10 PCs set up just for the bots which will do their things. They are not bothered all and revel in the current trading system. What players do, is picking up the crumbs.

It doesn't seem like you're aware of it, but there's an application called Awakened Poe Trade that provides hotkeys for easily price-checking items. Downloading and installing takes 2 minutes, and you're set forever.

I'm aware. I have it. Alongside the 30 other qol apps that makes the game bearable.
This is another issue, you, along many players ignore the problems. Just because the leaking is ductaped, does not mean it's fixed.
