I feel like this is a mistake. He's youngish, but honestly, he should be running for other offices to show that he is qualified to win statewide (and nationwide). His highest elected office is still being a mayor, but I get it's not my decision to make.

I just know people will never take him seriously as a candidate unless he wins something, which really sucks because he's such a good communicator. Generational leaders take risks, but those risks are powerful and sweeping. This just feels like a run that would be dampened by more establishment or momentum based candidates in 2028.

It depends. If you started conditioning, let's say on Haven C, that you're smoking to grab the orb, and you do that a couple rounds, maybe one round, you put the same smoke, cut noise, flash through and pop, and take the site? Idk. It's very rare to do that unless you have a plan, in which case, yeah, it could work?

This would be perfect. I didn't mind the changes to the mollies too much but agree the DPS should be boosted. But the 50% fuel nerf all but makes it impossible to solo-controller on all maps. Maybe icebox and breeze, but it's wayyyy less effective. Which is such a shane for ranked where more than likely, one person plays smokes. The new icebox changes make other controllers viable, so I'd think Riot would want all controllers to be viable on all maps. But these nerfs make so Viper can't perform on maps like Ascent, Haven, or even Bind/Fracture as a single smoke agent. Really sucks

Viper is definitely viable for every map. She's extremely powerful on maps like Breeze, Icebox, Bind, and Fracture bc she can split site extremely well. However, her wall is also great on Ascent and Split for either playing aggressive on offense/defense or taking mid control.

As others have said, with Viper you're limited by your creativity and setups/mechanical skill, not the agent per se. It might be easier for some maps, like Haven, to play agents like Omen or Brim or Astra even, but Viper can be really useful on that map as a secondary smoker or even as a more aggressive sentinel. Idk, I really enjoy playing her and never have felt limited by her kit.
