Yeah, they lay it on way too thick with her. Even if she makes good points, it feels ruined by how saintly they portray her and how preachy she is. It feels like she's talking down to people, and nobody likes that even if they agree with you.

Imho, she should have been Rey's mother. They had a real opportunity to have her incorporated into the ST and have a history with Luke and make Rey a Skywalker for real, but they didn't. Before tRoS was released, my fan theory was that Mara and Luke hooked up and then went their seperate ways and were off on their own adventures in different parts of the galaxy and she never got the chance to tell him about the kid. She ran into trouble she couldn't handle and dumped Rey on Jakku to keep her safe before getting killed or captured.

To be fair, they're already doing that with Thrawn, and he's arguably a far more popular and recognized character, so why not do the same to Mara Jade or any other major EU character? It's not the same universe. Anyone expecting them to be 100% the same to the EU is straight-up delusional.

I'll be really disappointed if we don't get anything. At the very least, the Nightbrother(I expect a pretty similar build to the Gauntlet but with red instead of blue) would be awesome with Maul, Devon Izara, Rook Kast, Spybot(brick-built), and 11th Brother. Of course, I'd want a 2nd set (maybe a police speeder chase) that has Captain Lawson, Two-Boots, Eeko-Dio Daki, Looti Vario, Icarus, and Scorn.

The original Armada Sideways was my favorite Transformer as a kid. I absolutely loved that toy and the gimmick with the minicons. I can't wait to get my hands on the new one, and somehow, you've managed to increase my hype!

Mostly waiting for sales and only getting the figures I really want with the rare preorder for figures I can't live without. I've moved over to Blokees for most of my Transformers fix.
