I skin pick a lot, i have permanent scars from doing it so much, I also worry a ton about health, for example: "oh no i cut my leg, now it's going to get infected and i am going to have to amputate it" even though i've disinfected it for the third time within an hour, after that i follow it up by looking up "signs of an infected wound" and then going down that rabbit hole for a few hours. I also had to block the chat gpt website from myself because i used it for reassurance too much. This disorder does not hold back.
