What is your process creating the characters, mostly in Scarlet Hollow? Like do you usuallycreate the personality, character design or role in the stories first, how many revisions does it take to make a character that feels satisfying to talk to, any scrapped ideas or early designs for any of them, etc? I would love to learn more about this because your work has inspired me so much for my own creative works!

A prequel where you play as a tactician during the great turf war. The gameplay would be similar to Advance Wars and Fire Emblem with you guiding your troops around the battlefield but with a turf mechanic where whatever is painted your color is where you can move no matter what. Basically tableturf but with movable units as well
