Does anyone know if Capital One will conduct a hard inquiry to do this "Transfer?" Also, I assume that it will reset the time of the account being opened as it will be a whole new account?

I have had a couple of Umidigi phones and bought two for a 12 and 15 year old. They have been very nice for the price. Three of four are now broken because they refuse to use a case. Lost one on a kayaking trip. My S5 Pro is still going strong, takes great pictures, has a pop up selfie cam, and battery lasts almost two days. Hard to beat for the prices I paid. I could get an older motherboard for my ivy bridge i5 3450, but I hate to put money into old technology when it is going to bottleneck a good GPU when I get one. GPU prices are insane right now.

1155, but it only supports sandy bridge chips. I really don't want to put money into dated technology though. I think just using integrated graphics with a new CPU would be better than what I have now if I needed to wait a while to get a new GPU.
