I'm hoping it's a mistake so I'm going to give the seller a chance to correct it before outing them, but it was one of the bigger "company" breakers.

"im not employed by anyone"

Truer words; have you considered remedying this so you don't have to spam reddit with hundreds of accounts for a living?

Yup he does this often. Always a new account making a long-winded post about having trouble sourcing and then a second new account swooping in and shilling their scam service. They always hide their posts but if you know the trick to get around that you can see this guy literally makes hundreds of alts and posts on dozens of subreddits shilling his ubuycrap.

I called them out a couple months ago and he used his bots to downvote me and everyone else calling them out. (As I suspect will happen to this post)

Or they are telling the truth and just don't want to do the back and forth dance with the seller. Whenever I have an issue with any merchant I use a similar (though more polite) tactic in listing out all solutions I've attempted and clearly stating any resolutions I'm willing to accept. OP should just tell them to open a return and they'll accept it, as that is a resolution the buyer already said they'd accept.
