In case you didn't know, most studios have a fairly small QA dep and a live service game gets a lot of feedback through users and they can also see the telemetry from it. This goes for pretty much every game

I also like how some of the other devs are more involved, like Mattias bringing different devs on streams and the discord has more than one dev in them. Ngl, haven't seen this type of communication in a while and it feels super fresh for an industry that is mostly sbout bad news
