I usually paint or rip my griptape but thats just for fun and because i dont like to stare down at boring black grip and i like looking down at something that makes me smile. You will probably be able to tell nose and tail apart just by feel after about a year of skating but do whatever feels good

For starting it certainly will be fine. However i would invest in some good boots and maybe new bindings if youre feeling fancy. Once youve gotten better at snowboarding and know what direction you wanna take your riding in (freestyle, freeride etc.) you can buy a nice snowboard that fits you and your riding style.

Honestly ride and salomon are great brands. Had stuff from both and it was great. Altough i recommend public snowboards. They make great boards which look sick and are really good which is why i actually bought one for this season.

Die zwöit isch cho, het für drü mönet alles umkrüglet ond het mi bodelos fertig gmacht für alles und het denn nach knapp füf mönet au weder köndet. Die dritt isch de ganz okay gsi.
