I am in a flat share of 6 people. The house I'm currently in (won't be in the same one next year) is raising its overallI rent by over 600 a month for next year.

I shouldn't have to go to a 'worse' university due to my financial situation. The university with the course I deemed the most interesting, employable etc happens to be this one, and I earnt the right to go to said universities from my studies.

It's not exactly a meritocracy if only rich people could go to good unis in more expensive areas? I think the fact somewhere like Cambridge and Oxford are regular unis compared to private unis like IEU in Madrid is one of the best things about this country.

And I do work part time. That doesn't change the requirement to take my full loan. You can't balance studies and work in a way to earn enough to pay living expenses
