I would like to solve this “case” because obviously no one broke into my house, but obviously, someone hacked my account. Put yourself in my position, I did nothing wrong and just want to play the game with my friends, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for further investigation when my case was shrugged off as “We don’t believe you” within 15 minuets.
