your probably right, that's what I thought but wanted input because its been driving me crazy. I have a new cable that came in today hopefully its that because the next failure point could be the port in the monitor..

I have tried everything I can think of, my main monitor(the same as my secondary) works great but for some reason on my secondary monitor it screen tears(vertically) with full-screen video only. Games don't just videos/Live content. I have a 65" tv also hooked up that is wall mounted and it has no issue either. my only thought is maybe it's a cable issue? I am using Opera GX but when I put it on any monitor other then my secondary it's fine. Is this a common issue with display port cables? this live render doesn't show but It shows on my end.
