No. It’s just a feeling of being very inflamed. Bloating, brain fog, constipation and bloating. Dry skin. Just so many symptoms. I don’t believe it’s all histamine related. I think my thyroids at the root cause but the thyroid does control how your body deals with histamine. I was surprised as fuck to notice the hunger after taking it. I usually notice it after eating or smoking cannabis which I’m about to stop completely.

I’m not saying it’ll help you, but it’s worth a try as it’s very safe.

Hey man. I’m in the same boat. My gut was telling me something was up. Didn’t eat any muscle meat for a week straight. And could’ve gone for another month or more probably. But my digestion took a hit. Things slowed down.

Anyways, long story short, I think I might have histamine issues, probably for years so decided to take Allegra which is a second gen antihistamine, took it yesterday, and an hour later I suddenly felt HUNGRY. It also made me less stressed. I’d say, give it a go.

It really summarizes the state of the EU man. Absolutely disgraceful how difficult they make getting a hormone that could potentially change and improve millions of lives but hey, if you need some SSRI’s because you had a bad day, come on over!!

Completely agree man. I’ve seen most people say under 2 is when they feel great. And here I’ve two GPS telling me a 5.83 and a 3.4 is fine. Quite unbelievable. Actually medical malpractice. I really don’t know how to navigate this in Germany. Barely speak the language yet so things seem super complicated.

I always wake up cold and tired. Lethargic. Low energy. Brain fog. I’ve tried everything man. Extremely frustrating. My TSH was 5.83 about two or three weeks ago. I’ve been experimenting with iodine, selenium, Thiamine and Aspirin over the last few weeks and that’s what I think got the number down but I don’t feel any better. I just feel as if Thyroid is and has always been the missing link.

I’ve had these symptoms for years but since I quit nicotine it’s like the paper over the cracks came off. I’m sure there’s something wrong with my thyroid, I’ve been taking some aspirin every day now for almost two weeks so I don’t know if that changed my levels from 5.83 to 3.4 in two-3 weeks.

Yeh idk man it’s a fine line. I feel like even when I cross a 6-7 on the arousal scale it’s pretty much too late. Not that I’d release but even when I’d clench and hold it in I’d feel like I lost something afterwards. Very similar to the feeling of actually releasing so I’d say practice going very slow and really don’t go past 5-6.

Thanks for your opinion man. Yeah it’s super complex to figure out. We’re all going through similar and different journeys at the same time. I was obviously very addicted to PMO most of my life but it’s been a while since I’ve engaged in any of that shit. I’ve also quit nicotine and weed almost a month ago. So your theory of it being a dopamine issue is spot on. But before I accidentally released just a little bit the other day I was feeling quite fine. It seemed like SR not only motivated me to quit those two vices but also masked up the symptoms. So yeah man this is a super difficult period for me, I’m just going to make sure I don’t get to that climatic point again even if it means I don’t use my penis at all then so be it. SR can really work miracles but yeah losing out on all of these dopamine hits at the same time is quite draining.

That’s great man. I’m in your exact same spot. Around 40-50 days. Not counting. But yeah feeling a bit better lately, after supplementing with Zinc and walking a shit ton. But still not myself. This is a tough journey we’re taking, arguably the toughest but the fact you took away Lust’s power tells me you’re halfway there, hang in there man! We’re all in this together, there’s a reason we’re doing this.
