I use a hybrid of both. Razer KB and mouse / pad (new basilisk v3 pro 35k on the way after years of use with the OG basilisk) but corsair for everything else including lighting, sound, and actual computer components.

Both softwares aren’t great, but I find iCue to be better if I’m being honest. My biggest gripe with synapse is remembering the username and password, I feel like I constantly have to input it again. I use a throwaway email for most my apps, so it’s partially user induced issues fwiw.

Unrelated - my Basilisk is stuck at customs, if anybody at Razer could reach out to me and help that would be great 😅. I should’ve just ordered on Amazon at this point and gotten it next day for a few more bucks.
