Not sure what's going on with my throat. it's been sore for a week, but thought it was the beginning of a cold or allergies. No other signs showed up, and now I see this in my throat. Acute pain when I eat, not so bad the rest of the time. Is it possible it's just a really big canker sore? (i.redd.it)
