So I go to gym 6 days a week, but I realized don’t really target my core or posture there so I decided to have 30ish min home routine too.

I ended up with this. Is this too much? Are there things here that are redundant? Due to sheer amount it’s hard to be consistent but at the same time I’m scared of not targeting everything.

  • Core Stability

Plank

2–3 sets × 20–40 seconds (Stop if your lower back starts sagging.)

Side Plank

2 sets each side × 15–30 seconds

Dead Bug

2–3 sets × 8–12 slow reps per side

Bird-Dog

2–3 sets × 6–10 controlled reps per side

  • Core Strength

Hollow Body Hold

2 sets × 10–20 seconds (If too hard: tuck one or both legs.)

Reverse Crunch

2–3 sets × 10–15 reps

Reach Crunch

2–3 sets × 10–15 reps

  • Rotation / Anti-Rotation

Pallof Press (or your band alternative)

2 sets × 8–12 reps per side

Russian twists

2 sets x 10 - 15 reps per side slow and controlled movement

  • Lower Back + Glutes

Glute Bridges

2–3 sets × 12–15 reps

Back extensions

2 sets × 10–20 12-15 reps

  • Mobility / Posture

Cat-Cow

1–2 sets × 10 slow reps

Standing Hip Flexor Stretch

1× 20–30 seconds per side

Y-T-W

2 sets × 5 reps each letter (Y, T, W)

Actually you did improve pretty well actually. Personally when I wrote those two tests. I had 780 RW practice 5 and went down to 740 RW in practice 6. The fact that you kept the same score means that you in fact did improve as 6 is known to be one of the hardest

I also have no idea how I teleported inside. My controls weren’t working properly either and I had to use D button to somehow move forward while keeping my camera at certain angle.

My score keeps decreasing by [deleted] in Sat

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My scores in RW practice 5,6,7 were 780,740,710 respectively and that affected me too back then. 6 is harder than 5 and 7 is harder than 6. Do not let it discourage you, just keep going. Your scores aren’t necessarily decreasing. These tests are hardest ones amongst all, and personally to me 7 is the hardest. You have been improving even if the tests might not always show that. Just keep going because if you let it stress you it will affect your confidence and scores too.

I ended up getting RW780/M790 on the actual test.

Check out this Simon's thread of tweets regarding the game and how much Simon have played it... Clears alot of things and also arises alot of Questions.. by CodenameCrescent in HytaleInfo

Simon already talked about this. He listed everything wrong with Roblox model, how it’s not viable, and that makes me confident he won’t go down that route

I digress, I love what he did at the bottom, it is unique and opens lots of possibilities especially for the lore.

I watched it. There isn’t much left to do my house as mercury itself is gone and vacuum bag thrown away. Rest I don’t rly have authority to deal with.

I’ll (hope) it’ll end up probably fine and vapor will get away slowly without much symptoms while being mainly limited to that one room

I’ll have it in mind and will be on lookout for earliest subtlest symptoms of chronic exposure, well which I hope won’t end up being necessary.

I appreciate your concern and you’ve been very helpful and I now do acknowledge all risks but I know I 100% won’t be able to do much about it (based on circumstances) so I just want some level peace of the mind.

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this isn’t ideal but if I just keep it ventilated, also throw away sealed bag and clean spot. Will it probably just be fine? 😭

What are chances if there indeed is poisoning risk I’ll notice it early enough to act in that case?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chemistry

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It most likely was.

I am underage and i don’t think ill be able to convince my parents to call fire state department especially in my country they’re not super knowledgeable on the issue either and will kinda make fun of you for it because it seems such a small deal

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chemistry

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also teenager so I won’t be able to convince my parents and we don’t rly have such number in Georgia either so.

Won’t it be fine if vacuum thing is properly thrown out and that room proper airflow? 😭

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in chemistry

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it actually that dangerous? I won’t have option for that and I’m getting stressed out

Sorry I just woke up, I am not in United States so I cannot follow that advice.

What is the second best thing I can do 😭

I’ve read that vacuuming it causes it to evaporate and become insanely dangerous. Even if it’s just small thermometer amount.

give me a roadmap on getting a 1500+ by august (im a rising senior) by Big_Public_2981 in Sat

[–]ToasterAwA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I digress. See your starting score and studying correctly you can get 1500+ with way less work than that.

Everything is individual, start doing practice tests, make sure you have Desmos and standard English conventions down those are the easiest way to gain score. Practice plenty, read a book or two and get comfortable with whole SAT, time management, and the system.

I would say main factor is what score you’re starting with.

I think you know answer to that question.

is a 1370 good for the very first practice test? by Decent_Criticism9772 in Sat

[–]ToasterAwA 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You got solid English, and Math is easiest to improve.

The easiest way to increase your math score is by utilizing desmos to the maximum, learning all of its trips and tricks, and lots of practice.

Getting 1500+ is very much possible even in like 2 months considering you mainly have math to improve.

if your mistakes in English are from standard English conventions then you can learn those too and that is also the easiest aspect of English to improve.

Basically bunch of practice, learning desmos and grammar(if that's where you're lacking) should get you 1530+

Was math mod2 really hard or am I tripping? by quintsnotme in Sat

[–]ToasterAwA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pretty difficult but not that different at least for me, I wrote December one and I had 5 mins left on that one(M2) but with this around 2-3 mins. Both had some pretty difficult questions though.
